Dr. Olesea CATĂRĂU
SPECIALIST IN PLASTIC, AESTHETIC SURGERY, RECONSTRUCTIVE MICROSURGERY AND HAND SURGERY.
I am a specialist in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, reconstructive microsurgery and hand surgery from 2019.
I graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at USMF Nicolae Testemitanu in 2014, and the residency took place at the Republican Center for Microsurgery of the Institute of Emergency Medicine in Chisinau. I participated in numerous internships, courses and workshops in the country and abroad, such as those in Brussels, Bucharest, Houston, Paris, Aberdeen, etc.
I think it’s great to be able to help patients resume their daily activities, outside of any complexes, and especially self-confidence, so I’ve always tried to see, learn and improve my surgical techniques with some of the best surgeons in the field. Currently, I practice plastic surgery at the Institute of Emergency Medicine and at the Forum Clinic in Chisinau.

A graduate of the Faculty of General Medicine at USMF Nicolae Testemitanu in 2005, I completed my residency at the Institute of Emergency Medicine in Chisinau and international internships in plastic surgery, cosmetics and reconstructive microsurgery with renowned doctors.
I have always sought to be up to date with the latest and most effective surgical techniques in the field, participating in numerous internships, courses and workshops in Brussels, Pisa, Paris, Aberdeen, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, etc., where I had the opportunity to refine my surgical skills, learning from some of the best plastic surgeons in the field.
I am currently working at the Forum Clinic, as well as at the Republican Center for Microsurgery of the Institute of Emergency Medicine in Chisinau.
